Robb Chen-Ware

Robb Chen-Ware serves as the VP of Product for Project Healthy Minds, where he spearheads the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of Project Healthy Minds' digital presence. With over 12 years of diverse experience in the tech industry, Robb has demonstrated expertise across various domains, including technical project management, product development, growth marketing, design, and operations. He's collaborated with numerous startups and Fortune 500 companies, featuring award-winning work for notable brands such as Bookshop.org, Twitter, and Gatorade.

Prior to joining Project Healthy Minds, Robb was COO at HappyFunCorp, a product engineering firm, where he was instrumental in developing the company's product development service before its acquisition. Robb has also previously partnered with the City of New York on developing technology solutions to support the local homeless community.

Robb holds a Bachelor of Music from SUNY Purchase and has studied Product Design at NYU. He is co-founder of the AI business intelligence platform Dispatch AI. Robb lives with his wife Guyang Chen-Ware and their two sons in Brooklyn. Outside of work, he enjoys running, cooking, film, hiking, record collecting, and playing music.
