Ralph Benarrosh

Ralph Benarrosh is a Director in the BlackRock AI Lab. The AI Labs is an interdisciplinary team headed by academic and industry leaders that leverages data science and artificial intelligence techniques to tackle strategic projects across the firm. Prior to joining the AI Labs in 2018, Ralph worked in a variety of software engineering and analytics roles at BlackRock, most recently in the Financial Modeling Group. Outside of his day to day responsibilities, Ralph was part of an ensemble team that created a digital product that won the BlackRock firm-wide hackathon in 2017. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ralph co-founded a venture-backed startup with several of his classmates focused on CRM analytics. Ralph graduated with a BSE from the UPenn School of Engineering in 2014, having double majored in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

In his free time, Ralph enjoys keeping up with emerging trends in the tech world and dreaming up new ways to use technology to solve big problems. He loves discussing the philosophical implications of technology, and how technology and sociological trends can influence one another. He also enjoys meeting new people and hosts people frequently.
