Mel Quigley

Mel is Head of Strategy & Operations at Project Healthy Minds. She began volunteering with the organization in September 2020 before joining full-time in April 2023.

In her current role, Mel oversees the operational and administrative functions of Project Healthy Minds. She drives strategic projects, spearheads planning processes, supports key development efforts, and manages stakeholder relations.

Mel began her career in consulting—first at Oracle NetSuite and then at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Most recently, Mel worked in the Workforce Transformation practice at PwC, where she specialized in organizational change management, culture, and ESG. Mel helped clients navigate digital and cultural transformations on a global scale. She also helped implement new service offerings and business development efforts in the ESG space.

During her time at NetSuite, Mel partnered with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to win new business in target markets. She served as an advisor to the sales and technical teams, as well as to prospective customers.

Mel graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Organizational Studies. Born and raised outside of New York City, Mel currently resides in Chicago.
