Brian Offutt

Brian is the President of VLS.

Brian was formerly the Chief Workforce Innovation & Operations Officer at Weber Shandwick, a leading global communications network that delivers next-generation solutions to brands, businesses and organizations in major markets around the world.  He focuses on shaping the future of the company's global workforce and workplace, assuring that innovation, agility, inclusivity and equity are at the core of how the agency operates.

Previously, Brian served as Managing Director at Medialink, overseeing the firm’s rapidly growing Talent Practice providing executive search and organizational strategy and design services to MediaLink’s clients.  Brian also served as executive sponsor of MediaLink’s internal people programs, including staff development.

Brian received a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in history from Harvard. He previously served as President of the Board of Directors for The LGBT Community Center of New York City, and as a Board member for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York.
