Brad Haugen is the President of Westbrook Media, where he oversees all aspects of the content studio and its focus on FLiP (Fast Lane iP) development, digital brand management, and best-in-class production. Under his leadership, Westbrook Media has worked with major Hollywood studios and streaming platforms including Netflix, Universal, Hulu, Warner Bros., Sony, and Paramount, as well as brands ranging from Target and Moncler to Fabletics, Nike, and JUST Water, on content campaigns surrounding film releases and product launches. During his time at Westbrook Media, Haugen and his team have worked with world-class artists and creators, launching everything from Snapchat series (Will From Home S1&2, Ryan Doesn't Know, The Solution Committee) to culture leading Specials (Fresh Prince Reunion Special, Facebook Vote-A-Thon). As Westbrook Media grows, Brad and his team continue to push boundaries and reinvent the way talent, platforms, creators, and brands can work alongside one another to tell stories to their audiences in a rapidly changing content environment.
Brad started his career at BBH, where he helped bring in more than $80 million in billings with brands ranging from Unilever and Diageo to Miller Lite and Ally Bank. Brad was also the founding Chairman of Pencils of Promise, a nonprofit that has built more than 500 schools around the world with the ultimate goal to solve the global education crisis. While working with Pencils of Promise founder Adam Braun, Haugen caught the eye of acclaimed talent manager Scooter Braun.
As the second full time employee of Scooter Braun Projects, Brad began running marketing for one of SB’s new clients Justin Bieber, who had just released his first single. As SB Project’s founding CMO, Brad helped build the business from nothing, leading the marketing efforts for all of Justin Bieber’s projects including music, merch, touring, his concert documentary “Never Say Never” and his best-selling fragrances. Brad also ran marketing for other marquee clients, including Ariana Grande, Tori Kelly, PSY, Martin Garrix and Carly Rae Jepsen.
In early 2015, Brad joined ATTN: Co-Founders Matthew Segal and Jarrett Moreno as a founding partner to help build the media company which now reaches nearly 1BN people monthly with socially conscious, entertaining content designed to make the world a better place. Brad built the brand partnerships and revenue operation at ATTN:, growing it from zero to more than $25M in under four years, brokering partnerships with some of the world’s biggest brands such as Spotify, Netflix, HBO, Microsoft, GE, Adobe, T-Mobile and REI, to name a few.
